My joy was the sweatshirt my sister made for my friend. And the shirt and shako I made for the band kids to put on their mascots!!

You are what brings me joy! When I look at you, I am amazed that I had a part in creating you. That shirt you made is so cool! I love it. And I love you more. Feels good to have voted. I have too, so now we have to leave it to the rest of the country. Hopefully the felon and crew will not be elected again.

My cat Eva Marie made me very happy as of late. We’ve had her a little over a year and a half. She was somebody’s house cat but they didn’t have her spayed and when she got pregnant they kicked her out in the cold. She had taken up residence underneath the porch of the house next door. My wife noticed her going in and out and she was clearly very pregnant. It was late winter and still very cold. We wanted to take her in but it took a week or so to gain her trust. We put out water, food and treats and lured her up onto our porch, and one day I picked her up and brought her down into our cellar where I had set up a bed and an area for her to have her kittens. Unfortunately, her babies were stillborn, but we took her to the SPCA where they fixed her, wormed her and for a small donation returned her to us. We were afraid that she might have a microchip and the SPCA might return her to the asshole that put her out when she got pregnant, but all worked out best for the cat and for us. Eva has always been very loving toward my wife, who needs a wheelchair to get around, but she’s been very timid around me. She jumps on B’s lap and gets wheelchair rides around the house. Just recently Eva has been a lot more friendly and trusting toward me, which has given me a lot of satisfaction. She has gotten used to being near me and puts her little nose in my face and sometimes in my eye socket. It tickles but it makes me feel so good that this beautiful creature of God has finally warmed up to me.
